How long does delivery take?
UK Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked. International shipping takes 6-10 business days. All orders include tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over £34.99. Standard UK shipping is £2.99 for orders under £34.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery usually takes 6-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective items in their original packaging. Contact us at support@framory.co.uk with photos of the damage within 3 days of delivery. Personalized products cannot be returned.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can also track your order from the 'My Orders' page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@framory.co.uk. If the order hasn't been printed yet, we can make changes. Once printed, cancellations are not possible.
How are posters packaged?
Unframed posters are shipped flat in rigid cardboard. Framed posters are packed in reinforced cardboard with fragile tape and extra protection to prevent damage.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for businesses. Contact us at support@framory.co.uk for details.

Does the poster include a frame?
Framing is optional. You can choose 'Unframed' for poster only, or 'Black Frame' for a ready-to-hang framed poster. Framed orders arrive professionally framed.
What paper do you use?
We print on premium 240gsm matte photo paper — museum-grade quality with rich colours and a smooth finish that lasts.
What sizes are available?
We offer A4 (21 x 29.7cm), A3 (29.7 x 42cm), and A2 (42 x 59.4cm). A3 is our most popular size.
